I'm Dana Pearce, a freelance writer and personal finance researcher based in Austin, Texas. I spent about two years testing rewards platforms, survey sites, cashback apps, and side income tools before launching Brivolo — not because I was trying to build a business around it, but because I kept running into the same problem: most of the coverage I found was either enthusiastically promotional or dismissively negative, and neither type told me what I actually needed to know before deciding whether something was worth my time.
Brivolo exists to fill that gap. The site covers earning platforms from the perspective of a real user with a real schedule — not an affiliate blogger trying to maximize commissions, and not a skeptic determined to debunk everything. Just honest accounts of what happened when I signed up, kept notes, and reported back.
Every platform reviewed on Brivolo has been tested with a real account. I track earnings, document the payout process, and note both what worked and what was frustrating. Reviews are updated when platforms change their terms or offer structures.
I don't publish speculative reviews of platforms I haven't used, and I don't quote other people's experiences as my own. When I reference what users "typically earn" I either cite the platform's own documented range or note that the figure comes from published sources.
